At Fuchsia, we have been part of many successful events and know how important it is to give back to our community. When you hold your fundraising event at Fuchsia Spa 15-20% of all service and gift card proceeds will be donated directly back to your organization. Is my group eligible?
Eligible groups include 501c charitable organizations, non-profit schools and community groups. Examples of organizations we have supported through Fundraisers includes Soccer Clubs, Schools, Senior Communities, Church Groups, Parent Teacher Organizations, School Bands, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Preschools, Cheerleading Squads, Camps, Student Councils, Little League Teams, High School Sports Teams, Sororities/Fraternities, Swim Teams, and more!
What percentage of sales from the fundraising event does my organization receive?
15-20% of all spa service and gift card sales generated from your event will be donated directly to your organization, excluding tax, gratuity, and retail sales. Donation percentage is calculated based on participation.
How does the organization receive credit for purchases?
Fundraiser guests are required to present an official event flyer or mention the organization you are supporting to our Guest Service team with each appointment to receive credit. We accept flyers shown digitally, on any device (we know this is the 21st century). Your organization receives credit for spa service and gift card purchases. Flyers cannot be distributed inside or in the direct vicinity of our spas, including the parking lot, before or during the event.
When can my organization host an event?
Your organization can book Fundraising events weekly from Tuesday-Thursday. A minimum two weeks notice is required to schedule your event. We like to plan ahead and hope you do too! This window gives you the chance to spread the word to your group’s friends, followers and supporters to maximize attendance.
How often can I schedule a fundraising event?
Ready to book another event? This is getting serious. Fundraising events can be scheduled every 30 days with at least two weeks notice.
How do I promote my event using fundraiser flyers?
Glad you asked! A flyer is available for your Fundraising event. Once your Fundraising event has been approved by your Fuchsia Spa representative, our team will provide a flyer with complete details of your event for you to distribute to your Fundraising community. How much money did my organization raise?
Your Fuchsia Spa partners can let you know the total amount of money raised from your event the day afterwards. Please contact your Fuchsia Spa representative for your final Fundraising total.
When can I expect my fundraiser check?
Please allow 21 days for processing, excluding delivery time.
Flyers are your friend.
The Fundraising flyer from Fuchsia spa is your ticket to several quick, easy ways to promote. Email it to your distribution list, including parents, teachers and faculty or staff and members of your organization. Post it on your social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter & Instagram. Make copies and post on community boards in common areas. Distribute at meetings/events, hand out to members, or send home with students a day or two ahead of the Fundraiser.
Share and spread the word.
If you build it (awareness, that is) they will come…or something like that. Share the details of your Fundraiser at upcoming meetings and volunteer events, including member or PTA meetings, pep rallies, sporting events, etc. Request that the event details be shared on school or company-wide communications and announcements. Post the event details on the calendar or home page of your website or intranet.
Get everyone involved.
Involving the local community with hands-on participation from leadership and VIPs in your organization will make your event fun & memorable. Have PTA members, your school principal or a favorite teacher help greet guests in the spa the night of the event.
