Policies and Etiquette

At Fuchsia, we pride ourselves by offering the best possible care for our guests. Please familiarize yourself with our company policies and guest etiquette described below.

Booking Appointments

To book an appointment, please call us at 480-813-7465 or schedule your appointment online. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we do require at least 24 hours notice (for groups and parties we require a minimum of 72 hours) so that we may accommodate the needs of other guests. In the case of a same day cancellation or if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged up to 100% of your total service. We understand that emergency situations arise and we will try to accommodate you in any way we can.

Payment Information

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Visa, Cash, Debit and Fuchsia Gift Cards, SpaFinder, and SpaWish Gift Cards (SpaFinder and Spa Wish gift cards apply to only regular full-priced services) We do not accept personal checks.

Punctuality

We respectfully request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.  This will allow for all new guests to complete our comprehensive new guest forms prior to their services and returning guests will have time to wind down from their day before beginning their service.

When booking services at Fuchsia, your appointment is scheduled with an expert therapist, whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, we can offer you two options:

  1. You may opt to complete your service even though it will be abbreviated.
  2. You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time however a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred 

Promotions

All Fuchsia promotions/special pricing cannot be combined OR used with other Fuchsia promotional offers. Price adjustments will not be made on previous purchases or services. You must present promotions/special pricing at time of check in for your service.

Gift Cards

  • Must present Gift Card at time of check in
  • Gift Cards are valid for products or services from Fuchsia and are not redeemable for cash
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned
  • Fuchsia is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards
  • Gift Cards have no implied warranties and is not a credit or debit card
  • Other restrictions may apply

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of the service but are gladly accepted. Leaving gratuity is always left to the discretion of our guests. It is common practice to leave gratuity when the professional has performed a service to the guest’s satisfaction. Customary gratuity in day spas is 15-25% of the full value of the treatment or more if your experience was extraordinary. Tips maybe paid with cash, debit or credit card. (SpaFinder and SpaWish may not be used to for gratuities)

Child Policy

We do welcome children who are receiving services. Children under the age of 18 who are receiving facial or massage services must have a parent or guardian accompany and sign a consent form. For safety and relaxation of all of our guests, children not receiving services will not be permitted in the spa area. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cell Phone Policy

To ensure a relaxing experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask that you turn off your cell phone while in the spa and the quiet room.

Product Refunds

Fuchsia will gladly accept any unused and unopened product for full refund within 14 days of purchase accompanied by original receipt. If you have an allergic reaction to a product please return the product within 14 days of purchase for a store issued credit. (product must have 75% or more remaining)
